SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. An order confirmation will be e-mailed upon placement of order, and a shipping notification with tracking will be e-mailed to you once the label has been created. *Please check your spam folder for these e-mails if you do not see them.

RETURNS

Kings Creek Apparel gladly accepts returns for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase if the returned merchandise is not visibly worn, washed, or damaged. Any purchase made between November 23, 2022 – December 24, 2022 will be given 45 days to exchange or return your items. All sales of gift cards, candles, decals and sale items are FINAL. For a refund or exchange, please include the original packing slip or a printed version of your emailed order confirmation along with the product you’re returning. Also, please complete the Kings Creek Return/Exchange Form that is included in your shipment. When shipping hats, please use original packaging to ensure damage does not occur in transit. Please note, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the merchandise originally sent was damaged or incorrect.
